Discripencies in property paper

Dear Sir,
Here i need a advice regsrding following matter. i bought a property (Plot.
in stamp paper the measurement of this land is 50feet North to South and 40 feet East to west, where as the actual measurment of the said plot is 50 feet East to West, and 40 feet north to south. ragistration is done perfectly. but after 4 year when we start the construction on the said plot, at that time the original buyer was daed now the sucsseror of property seller is fille civil faile and demand stay order.

The seller is bound to give you possession of are of plot mentioned in the sale deed. If it is available on spot as per the sale deed then fine ,if it is not, you can get the dimensions corrected through correction deed to be executed by the successors of seller. It need be registered. You can file civil suit for the same.
