Hi! I get a matter in which a Man meet a girl on Net & then marry in Arya Samaj Mandir, Delhi. The girl has submitted fake documents & identity at the time of marriage and now leave her husband & filed a Case in Faridabad Courts but now she is not appearing the Courts & Judge only give dates not considered the dispute. THe Boy is ready to take the girl but not for giving her maintenance

has she filed the case for maintenance only?
if the boy is ready to take her back then file a petition under S.9 of Hindu Marriage Act.
but i will advice settle the matter out of court...litigation worsens the situation.
if she is not apprearing then her case may be dismissed....but better u consult ur local lawyer, as the facts mentioned here are insufficient.

If the boy is ready to take the girl you can file petition u/s 9 of hinu marriega Act for restitution of conjugal rights.

Let first the boy file an Application under Section ( of the Hindu Marriage Act for Restitution of Conjugal Rights and the same can be used as in defending the case filed by her

File for restitution of conjugal rights. Better to meet her and talk over the matter. she has given fake documents, probably she is feeling scared. Since this is a family matter, interaction is better, since the boy is ready to take her back.
