Dispute with tenant

(Querist) 25 February 2014 This query is : Resolved
we have a property in chennai, in that a tenant is staying since 1990 (approx), when we asked him to leave the house in 2005, he was claiming that the house belongs to him, a case has been registered against the tenant since then but there is no progress in the case. The tenant is still staying in our house. Please give some information and effective steps to resolve this problem.

You have already taken steps to vacate your tenant by approaching the Court of law. The matter is now seized by the Court. Therefore, the only remedy left open to you is to pursue the case in an effective manner by requesting your Advocate.
