what does indian law say about dividing ancestral property if A inherits some property and now he is dead leaving B(wife)
C(daughter married ),D(daughter married).

If a has died intestate means leaving no will of his property then his property shall be divided in equal share among all his heirs and in the present case B, C & D are entitled for the equal share.
