I filed for divorce after she went to police station accusing me of having an affair, sexually abusing my kids & asking for power of attorney for my own property. Now she has filed an HMOP for maintence & restoration of conjugal rights. Pl advise how to proceed further? At any cost, i can not live with her anymore.

File a copy of the divorce petition in the RCR filed by her, besides that mention the dirty allegations made by her against you, how it is now impossible for you to live with her. And proceed with the divorce case.

Thanks so much. What does HMOP mean? last month i had given her 10 k for rent,kids exp etc, but she never gave the rent, so what is it that i can do next month? The HMOP that she filed i understand is also to ask for maintence. How much should i pay?

HMOP refers to Hindu Marriage Petition. You can directly pay rent to the landlord of the house and can obtain a due receipt from him and can produce it before the concerned court as and when required. engage a local lawyer and follow his guidelines.
