Divorce by wife

This query is : Resolved
1) What will create problem to me, if my wife files divorce case against me & I won't attend or reply in any court at all for same? As I don't have sufficient(actually nothing at all) money to get into court matters.
2) What are hazards of not giving divorce from my side?
Please help me here. Many Thanks in advance. Expecting proper guidance.

First and formost u cannot get divorce with in first year of the marriage. u can get it annulled bt there are no grounds of annuling ur maarriage as per ur facts.

First of all you cannot get divorce before completion of 1 year of your marriage. Secondly your wife can, after completion of the required period of 1 year, file for divorce on many grounds like cruelty, incapable of fulfilling family duties etc. As a husband, it's your duty to find ou the real reason and try to reconcile.

Charu and Mr.arul are correct. Appear before the court and file objection of one year period. If she file it after one year and then you did not appear then court can give divorce without hearing you but only after giving you lots of opportunities to be heard.
