Divorce case dismissal after 4 hearings?

Que.1.What could be the reasons of a Divorce case dismissal by Family Court Judge after 4 hearings (nothing happened except dates) in those 4 hearings? Any Remedy or Solution for this Situation(No Lawyers for both sides).

Get true copy of the judgment and go for appeal. If the dismissal is for default you can apply for restoration.

Such a dismissal may be either on account of failure of the petitioner to appear (dismissal in default) or on account of the petitioner not leading any evidence. This can be ascertained only after getting certified copy of the order of dismissal.
For the former, an application for restoration is the remedy whereas for the latter, appeal is the remedy.
