DEAR SIR,
This is Teja , in the year 1987 after my birth the following year my parents got separated and during this process one of the property was gift deeded to me by my grand father and my father as guardian till the minority.
But, i was brought up by my mother from that separation and due to some issue in the year 1996 they applied for the divorce got out legally, now in this processes they left out the property totally under my father control since he is the Guardian and other sympathy plans for him till 1996 for a good cause but, after 1996 it was a disaster idea and got worse .
In 2009 i tried to apply for my pass book and failed ultimately in related kasildhar office as, place was new to me the kasildhar had quietly isolated my plea and hand-over the pass-books to the father name , but still the land is registered in my name & books were given to my father.
the same was reported to nearest RDO officer and case was also filled in his court and during this time my father filled a injection case against me in the sub-court, later this month after one year its been verdict favorable to my father, as he is the position of the land countiune to enjoy the benefits.
now what should i do? if justices is this than what is the moral of the story a bustard life alone for 24 year lost in a stranger father hands , indeed i have never met him from birth.
my lawyer say let us see in district court.
during this injection case my father also filled other case like he is not my son and grandmother telling that this property does not belongs to any one as its belong to my husband so, i my self will have right over this property this 3 rd case is also indirectly runes by father itself.
kindly help me?

Dear Teja
first of all I want to tell you that if the gift deed is registered in your name, you should filed a case for possession before the civil court. second point is that you have to prove that you are the son of your father and this property is belongs to you.
