Divorce from wife

Wife has put false dvc case. I no longer have any interest to live with her & neither I have interest in attending court. I want divorce from her. Do i need to quash maintenance case first? Please guide me i'm in confusion.

Such type of cases are not so simple to be sorted out through casual queries. Better hire services of a capable lawyer. Otherwise, you would face more confusion, if stick to your casual approach to the proble, if that is real one.

U cannot avoid running to court for DV case.U have to defend it and hence better engage a competent local lawyer and proceed.

If you do not attend court you would be in more trouble.

Take services of some experienced lawyer and defend the cases against you on merit.
