Divorce petition mantainable after wife gets exparte rcr ?

Dear Sirs,
Is there any Supreme Court/High court Judgement which says that if RCR decree has been awarded to wife than Divorce petition filed by husband will be dismissed if both cases are running in Family courts of separate cities?

The citations shall be chosen as per need by your own LOCAL counsel of unshakable repute and integrity and specializing in concerned field of law............

If the query graduates to need of citations then you may get these in the thread also..............

Citations will be of no help since each case has its own characteristics. There is no bar in filing Divorce petition if the factors attracts the ingredients for Divorce.
