What is procedure for a divorce with mutual consent? Is there are any prescibed forms for submission in the family court in Bangalore?

u have to file petition in the family court for divorce by mutual consent. before filing petition u must show that u r residing seperatly for last 12 months.

Section 13 (b) of Hindu Marriage Act is the appropriate section under which such petition can be filed and all ingredients are mentioned therein.
