Do i need to reply to my lawyer's application to leave case

(Querist) 21 June 2014 This query is : Resolved
Hello,

My lawyer told me he cannot continue with my case as he dont have enough time and left my civil property related case and gave me his no objection paper.

But in the next hearing he still came to court and gave an application to court that he is leaving the case as "he had difficulties with me & hence leaving case".

This was surprising to me and unexpected. I am searching for other lawyer, but in meanwhile do i need to reply to this application made by my x-lawyer?
Can this have any adverse affect on my side?

Thanks.

The fact is that your lawyer is not going to appear for you. He has told the Court and also kept you not only informed but returned the case file to you.

Now, there is no need for you to file any reply etc. Non-filing of any reply will in no way affect your case.

Please remember, you are not fighting any case against the lawyer. You are fighting your civil case.

Now, therefore concentrate on appointing a fresh advocate to take care of your matter.

I agree with the views of expert Mr. Anirudh on the subject issue, better go for another lawyer and concentrate on the case alone instead of deviating your thoughts on different issues.
