Dear Sir, i file domastic case against my husband. In meditation he is ready tolive with me from 1 april 2013. But he not come. now he refused to live with me. In front of judge hegave me in written that he live with me from 1st April. what i do now. my next case date is 2 may.

As he refused court order any action taken by court against him. Can i go to his house to meet him .ilived in row house named by him with my 7 year son. he gave reason that he is under pressure of my family sonotcome

You can go there if you don't face any physical torture etc. but it shall be better to take only course of action.
A violator of court order is liable to face the wrath of the court. All the courts in India are fully empowered to get executed its orders in legal way.

he msg me dont come in company or my house andif i to talk with him he not receive my phone. My lawyer said wait for 8 days then we inform the judge. Can i wait for 8 days or immediately take action because he not come to live with me . next date is after 1 month. he took possession of another house from me which is in my hand in front of judge on 25 and agree to come home

You need not wait and issue legal notice reminding his statement and further his sms so that the proceeding may be got initiated prior to next date of hearing.

sir,
i ant to ask that if in domestic viliance as my statement is over & my evidian of proof is over can i add other things to my application . If not can i file maintainance case in family court and add the new point in that.
Can dv case result affested on the new cases & its result.

You can amend your application if some new facts have come to your knowledge. Family Court cases have no bearing on the DV case and vice-versa.
