The abovesaid is the daily order of false DV case filed by my wife which i have seen on the court website came to know from some of my source.....whereas its a fact that i havent received any summon in this regard and I m proceeded ex-parte by the court. Whats the meaning of "ex parte PE" stands for ?? for which the court put for next date...???? What i have to do further in this regard so as to not let down my impression further in front of the court...??

contact local lawyer . check the court papers . it appears that summons has been served . there must be acknowledgement of service in case papers .

on next date make application for taking your reply on record and for setting aside order placing case for exparte orders

In stead of looking for meaning of legal jargon, appear in the court on the next hearing date.

Court has presumed service on you and as you did not appear in the date it has ordered to proceed with case without hearing you(that is what ex parte is called).

You should appear and move an application to set aside the order.

I support Shri Barman's advice :

appear in the court on the next hearing date.
