Igot married in November 2010. Thereafter my husband started giving me all sorts of torture.He used to abuse me and beat me like anything.we both were living in delhi. In may 2011 i came back to my parent's house as he blamed me with a false allegation that I am having affair with his brother.I got pregnant in feb 2011 only still he was torturing me.
twice I went my in laws place for 15 days tenure. In october 2011 my baby born but even after informing them nobody came.
I have filed a dowry case against them from lucknow in feb 2012 but even after 4 months no action have been taken by the court.
Can u guide why is it so?
What Should I do further?

it takes time . has summons beeen issued .
file case under DV act too claiming maintenace , right to stay in shared household and also seek a protection order .

nothing has been issued sir.i really dont know whats the exact procedure for it.
I had also filed a Maintence case against my husband for which jugdement has been given by the court of 5000/-per month last month. we have not yet filed a recovery against that.

you must have engaged a lawyer . let him do the needful .

What is the exact status of the case?
Has he got stay on arrest? Is mediation on?

Nothing has happened in this case yet.we filed this case in february and still no action. we are only getting dates.
His father was in CID and now he has retd is this the reason or what?
