Sir i am caught by polic in nagpure 2012 under DUI convection they charged me under section 185 MVA and I payed fine of 2000 in court. Is this criminal case can affect my carrier in government sector and police verification. I am preparing for MPSC exam in Maharashtra ?and should I mentioned this in my MPSC profile?what to do plz help me?

We do not understand the word DUI, instead we know simple things like 'driving under influence of Alcohol'.
