Electricity connection changed from residential to commercial

dear sir
i have 2 agricultural elect. connections in my agri land in maharashtra since tast 8yrs and 23 years. now in last month msedcl squad visited in my farm and taken action to convert my elect. connection to commercial u/s 126 of I.E. act 2003. and charged me a sum of about rs 300000.00 without giving any notice or new bill and suddenly disconnected my supply in this week. before this i was paying mthly bill to the extent of rs 1500.00 or below.
i want connection immediately connected. so what action should i take? may i follow consumer forum ?
plz reply.

Move to consumer forum and obtain stay against the order and seek direction by way of interim application to restore connection subject to payment of current bills.
