(Querist) 29 November 2012 This query is : Resolved
Dear Sir,

I am working in one of the Corporate company since 25th Feb, 2008.

Would like to know whether I would be eligible if resigned on 30th Nov,2011

I have been enjoyed all CLs, 15 to 20 PLs every year & all Sick Leaves every year.

I would be very much thankful if could reply at the earliest.

Best regards,

in 2011 totaling to 3 years 9 months and 3 days while legal requirement is 4 years and 240 days, therefore you are not entitled to gratuity.
