Employee gets just half salary by employer

Sir,
I am working with a Singapore based company since 3 year,they decided to pay me approximately 60,000/ per month now since 2 years they pay me 20,000/ per month.now as I want to switch job what I can do to reclaim my arrear salary.please give suggestions m really worried.

Why are they doing so?
Full material facts need to be disclosed.
If they are not paying, better switch on the job.

Has this company issued any appointment letter, wage details annexure, CTC sheet,salary slips etc to you?
Has this company reduced your salary in writing and did you accept it?
What is your designation and nature of duties?
Does company have its office in India?

Yes company is in India also,i am in timber line in sales,and yes I do have appointment letter,they started paying half salary when market was low ,they asked me to give normal salary as discussed in appointment letter after july but now boss started defaming its employees,m planning to switch off but still want to claim my arrear salary, what I can do in this regard in legal terms.

First switch over the job. Claim arrears afterwards. Discuss with local lawyer.

You have not replied to all points.
You may change to a good company having good financial health and HR practices.
Prior to that request to pay difference and build irrefutable written record.
