if in contravention of rules and regulations the employee is working in another organisation then disciplinary action can be taken against said employee . the company can terminate the services of such employees

if you have framed rules that an employee is not constrained to work any other orgnisation while working in you company then you can initiate action against them

have you registered any standing orders

Action might have been mentioned in the Standing Orders of the company. Study those and search your reply thereto only.

It is certainly not an illegal act. However, you can treat it as a misconduct on the part of your employees, provided you have duly incorporated such condition in the Certified Standing Orders or the Employees Conduct & Discipline Rules for taking disciplinary action.

But, it is not understood, what type of objection you have got, when they are enhancing their skills through training to ultimately enhance the efficiency of your own organisation?

DEAR PS DHINGRA..

Those people are doing training with out our knowledge of the organasation, as well as they are doing as like part time and generating the revenue in laks...

You may take disciplinary action against them, as per the provisions made in your organuisational rules.
