for example Mr A is joined in some private estb and Mr A signed one contract with that estb, now due to some problem he wants to quit that estb, so Mr A is Breaking the contract of one year, so how can Mr A can be rescued from Legal contract,

Nothing illegal in leaving the job. But the deposits if any with the employer may be forfeited if it is mentioned under the contract of job. The person leaving the job has to give prior notice of for the period as mentioned in the standing order of the establishment generally for one month.

There is no way except to follow the terms and conditions mentioned in the agreement of the contract, If there is any adverse term in the given case, the employee will have to suffer so no way.
