If you have both CA and BL/LLB you may choose one profession and forgo the other

one person mr. A is an auditor(CA), he done BL decree, also enrolled in bar council of tamilnadu (dont know how he entrolled), whether he is entiltled to practice or not? which rule prevents an auditor(mr.A) from practising law?
