Can somebaody give me case laws where i can vacate my tenents who are my close relatives against reverse possession

Rent Act provide number of grounds to evict tenant.

You have to issue a legal notice for vacating the premises under the provisions of Transfer of Property Act. If not vacated within the period granted, you may file a civil suit for eviction.
