Rsspected sir,
My counsel is out of state for three days and will be back on monday, and on the same day on 14-12-2009 ,i have to give my evidences on the subject matter as i have filed a case for my son,s custody. where as it is not posswible for me to give the evidnces inhis absence. kindly suggest me what to do.In case, i will request the hon'ble cout to give me a little time for that, will they agree for that.

Give an application praying for adjournment giving the reason of your advocate being out of state.

I am sure that the court will accept your application for adjournment, if it is being filed first time. If court deny. pray him to adjourn on payment of cost to other party.

Respected sir/madam,
First of all i would like to thanks all of u for giving valuable suggestions/advices. Secondly I am an Ex-sericeman. If i would have aqdvocate , i would never have asked such question and i would have not waisted ur all vasluable times in such question.

Rishi, ok dont be upset, well a senior advocate Rajji just adviced u. ur adjourment application will certainly be accepted by court and will get an adjournment, othrwise also its not a big problem , if any reverse order it can be set aside and proceed further.
