Our Counsel colluded with respondent counsel and withdrew our writ appeal case by signing himself after the appellant being intimidated by both the counsels saying that it was the best option available.The appellant being cheated, want to apply now for recall of withdrawal in the division bench court.

Simultaneously you should move to concerned Bar Council to initiate necessary disciplinary action against your lawyer who has withdrawn the writ petition (but not appeal as stated by you) without specific instructions given by you.

You can also file a complaint against the lawyer before appropriate Consumer Fora for compensation of deficiency of service.
