Excess property tax charged by society for the past period.

(Querist) 08 April 2013 This query is : Resolved 
Society has charged excess Property Tax by Rs. 1,800/- from July 2000 onwards.

I was aware of the above excess Property Tax only when I received the new Property Tax bill.
I want refund of the excess Property Tax paid by me for all these years from the Society.

Can you please advise me the procedures – legal/Registrar, to claim this excess Property Tax if the Society does not agree for the refund.

go personally and discuss with them show the papers and tell them to adjust for coming years or refund and meet the municipal commissioner
