Any case laws for the same?

I have read the Constitution as well as commentaries on administrative law but have not found anything that is why I posted my query here

Please help.

Is there any other book I can read for the same?

Depends upon the nature of executive order.

But the question arises, when it is a general question and not exactly pertaining to a particular matter, for what purpose you need a case law?
