hello,
i am pujari in temple of Shiva. i am at their since last 25 years. the temple has trust of temple. the trust can not providing me any income of their income. the trust income is about 200000 per year. the trust is not registered trust. so if i wants to make demand of salary from trust then it is possible or not for me to get salary from trust ?
please give me advice for that.
the trust is not using income in any form of temple use.
if i wants to make any action against trust then what is process for that ?

You can approach the District legal services authority for proper legal support. It will be available in all the district courts. They will appoint advocate and will initiate legal action on the trust.
