i am an ex-servicemen and presently serving in self finance college in gujrat
college pays salary and allowence as per the govt rule and regulation recently college under process of paying 6th pay commission is their any rule to get me pay protecton under govt rule

self finance college have its own pay package
and not bound to pay =2govt.

there are no common rules with regarding to protection of salary of ex-serviceman on re-employment.

as such,if your service rule there have a provision of the same only,you can get that pay protection.

For getting the latest position,you may write to the director general, resettlement of exserviceman army headquarters,new delhi.
