Questions :-
1. Authority letter is valid in the eyes of law.
2. It is necessary to attest the authority letter from Notary public.
3.If there is no witness in authority letter , whether it is valid.
4. Authority letter can be used for execution of mutation .

First, you have to tell that authority lettter given by whom and for what purpose? without this information, advise could not be given.

Mr. Ashok Bhagat rightly advised, if case of individual. But, in case of Company, authority letter is authorised through Resolution of the Company.
