if wife complaint before magistrate then u must face trial at the time of charge or at time of evidence u prove that don't mischief any one. and as u say (the shop handed over to my faithful labour who works and looks after my said shop as real owner. after death) is a registered will or not if it is not a registered will then u'r in trouble.
