Tips for cross examination

Hello..

M having matrimonial dispute with my wife 4 past 4 yrs. I have filed divorce petition. Now the stage is at cross-examine me. They will cross-examine me.

can u suggest some tips ..

Yes you can be cross examined. 1) Be adhere to the allegation made by you in divorce petition. 2) At any type of cross question never divert from the main issue. 3) Think yourself the positive and negative questions may be asked by opponent lawyer and be prepare for its best answer yourself before the date of cross examination. 4) Consult your lawyer for this purpose and ask him to make me ready for cross examination with all possible questions to be asked and its suitable reply.
