Fir cancelation due to compromise

(Querist) 08 June 2012 This query is : Resolved
If an FIR is lodged against 8 PERSON inthat 3 person remanded and let out in bail, but the charge-sheet has not yet been filed by the police, is it still possible that the case can be settled outside the court by both the parties ?

Complainant has given consent to withdraw the complaint whether it is possible? Sec.Involved : IPC:Section 141. Unlawful assembly,Section 147. Punishment for rioting,Section 506 PART 1 and Sec.294-B.

KINDLY ADVICE BOTH COMPLAINANT AND RESPONSEDENT READY FOR SETTLEMENT AND MADE THE LETTER OF SEETLEMENT EXCHANGED BETWEEN THEM AND TO POLICE. BUT THEY ARE PROLONGING THE ISSUE TO TAKE OPINION FROM APP but not yet done till now after one months also.

Only FR is solution. No compromise possible under section 141, 147, and 294 B
