Lease hold property

I have taken a property measuring around 1000 sq. yds, in East Delhi Area, on Lease of 99 Years.

I have constructed, 125 small rooms on that land and given them on rent.

Do let me know, what all right do I enjoy as a Lessee, with a lease of 99 Years.

I cam to know, that if the lease duration is 30 Years or more, there are special privileged given in the Law.

Please help me out.

You must be having a lease deed wherein all your rights and duties must have been covenanted.Read them only.Do not listen gossips.

the lease deed is your bible . contains terms and condions of lease . mentions whether you need to take permission for giving property on sub lease etc

What ever has been executed in lease agreement between both parties shall prevail and no special privilege is required to be applied now.
