Circle rate of property in delhi for the year 2000

If anyone has the circle rates of year 2000 (copy of notification) for registration of property in Delhi, please forward the same to me at samar.cs@gmail.com.

Boss, the same is not available on Google. I would once again request to the senior members who practice in property law to send the circle rate notification which was prevailing in the year 1999-2000.

These rates can be got obtained from the local office of Sub-Registrar or the deed-writers of your area.
