There is an agreement of LL of commercial premises which will expire on 31/3.Person X who had given deposit insisted to make agreement in the name of his sister's son working with him as licensee. Now for new agreement to be made for 11 month after expiry.X said to make fresh in his own name(X) and committed to get me letter of vacating premises before signing fresh and told that deposit which he(X) paid vide previous agreement may transferred in his own name.How clause of deposit to be written in fresh?

was village panchayat in area notified BMRD area having power to sanction of construction plan and that to without knowledge of owner to a third party? Is no objection to construct by village panchayat has legal validity?what clause regarding this?

In L&L, it can be done, simply, the deposit remains with the licensor and only things a fresh L&L is to be executed with the name of new licensee. You make a receipt of that money (which is already with him) of deposit from licensor on recent date on which you are going to execute new L&L and attached to L & L . No need to add separate clause.

Both refund as well as receiving should be evidenced by receipt.
What would be the covenant with respect to deposit is a subject of mutuality,to which parties have agreed.
If it is in Maharashtra then it should be registered.
