Co operative credit society ltd govern under which body?

i would like to know that, we have an account with Co operative credit society ltd thane, and also FD with them which is matured and got all amount of that, but due to misguiding in repayment of FD by given date on date, then once upon time my brother approach the manager and talk in harsh then he give us full payment, but force our family member and me also to close whole account of your family,and say not even call on this issue even our transaction record is good, so whether he possess a right to close our family account? we also ask him to give him in writing as you forcing us to close but he refuse for the same, so what could be done to resolve this issue, please help. and to whom we should contact or gives complaint of this Society.

forget it you have got your money . dont file complaints

open new account in any nationalised bank or pvt sector bank

It is his personal whim and ego that has acted for which he does not hold any right.
Even then go by advice of Mr. Sethi as it would be time consuming complaint against option of opening new a/c in any other bank of choice whose services are for better than these kiddies .
