Hi
I need a new resolution which says that the carpet area has been sanctioned from 225 to 350 sq ft for redevelopment cases in mumbai.
We have a buiding in Mumbai , where the developer has taken our irrevocable consent for development of buiding , but now the time period of more than five year has been lapsed and i want to take my consent back as the developer has not even started the project.
Whether i can revoke my consent.if yes under which law,pls provide me the law name as well as the section code.so that i can refer it.

all the members should get to gether . go through agreement signed with builder . it must be mentioning period within which construction is to be carried out . issue notice to builder for termination of contract
