I have own home. But no registration made & society is also not registered. I stay there from past 20 years. All of saying that now registration of my home is not possible. Suppose now premises are going to be under redevelopment.Than after redevelopment kya mujhe meri jagah wapas mil sakti hai kya. I m paying property tax regularly. Har koi yahi kehta hai ab hamara ghar registration nai ho skta. Premises b 22 years purani hai.

aap ke paas agreement ho gi na ?woh agreement duly stamped hai kya?

registration maximum 8 months me hota hai . yadi building redevelopment me gayi aap ko jagah milegi .

Aapne jisse khrida vo aaj bhi registration kra sakta hai aapka. Agreement aur property tax ki rased hone se aapko redevelopment hone par hissa jrur milega.
