Using photocopy of property registry as address proof

Respected Sir/Mam
I want to buy a car on loan and for this bank needs address proof of me.
Actually, we have recently bought a house and have shifted to it but after applying for ration card and voting card before 10 months, we have not received anything. So presently, I don't have anything except my House registry in my name that can be presented as an address proof.
So please suggest me that is it always good for me to give photocopy of my House registry to bank for applying a loan. How should i give it to them (Can I write purpose for giving after crossing all pages by a pen). What is the best way to give a photocopy of house registry to someone unknown? Or i am quite wrong and there is no risk in giving a photocopy of house registry to anyone.
And can i use photocopy of registry each time when i need an address proof for anything in future?
Please suggest me the best possible solution?

You could get a Postal Id from Post Office with in 10 days if you follow up which would carry your photo also and would be sufficient.It being a Loan Do Not Involve your Property Details In That

But please let me know that if i cross out all pages front/back with a pen and i write purpose for giving on center of each page then is it a risk?

May get your postal Id and can use it.
If you have account with any other Bank by using photocopy of property purchase you can change address in the account and can submit the pass book as address proof.
Since you are living in the property, your electricity, telephone, mobile, House tax bill can also serve the purpose of address proof.

never give property papers even xerox to any one . if fallen into wrong hands,some antisocial elements manipulate property papers. no need also. postal dept.gives id proof for Rs10/-
gas connection,bank account pass book,your employer letter on letter head,if self employed,your trade licence copy ,pass port copy,etc... many address proofs available.
