Husband denied to live with cruel wife in mediation

Dear Sir(s),

kindly suggest that i denied to live with such cruel wife at the time & circumstances due to false implication in criminal case.my children is asked where to live ? the replied to live with papa but mother to be with us.

my queries: can high court will reject my provisional bail if mediation is failed?

can i send money by money order to wife for maitenance of my children as i shaw my children is in very difficult sitaution due to poor maitenasnce.as i shaw my children in mediation at first time after seperation .

for sake of children try to reconcile with your wife . you should agree to stay with her provided she with draws false cases filed

Sometimes for one good thing we have to accept another thing may not be liked by us.

Here the question is of the betterment of children not of yours, try to reconcile for them on the condition that all cases would be withdrawn.

Sending the maintenance through cheque is better option, please note, the cheque should not be bounced to invite another case against you.
