Is having Physical Relationship (between two individuals, than husband wife)inside a hotel Room Commercial Lodge is punishable offence? Under What grounds? Can the police officers arrest for the same?

There is two things..

Being adultery with some one another girl than wife is punishable.. But for the this same the lady can not be punished under Indian penal code.

Same time if the girl received money as consideration for the sexual intercourse mean she is also punishable. Because it would be treated as prostitution.
