SIR
IPC 448,586 R/w 34 has be imposed on me, by my aunt in 2014 and i was on bail and went to police station and maid a security deposit of 50,000 and asked investigation officer why you have framed false charges against me he said i have received a complaint hence i filed the complainant and more over he said to my lawyer no need to go to court i will settle the matter in the police station and he made me to run to the station for 40 times after that i also stooped go to the station and more over i said to him the truss-pass property belongs to over family in which the paper is with complaint party and i told him give the copy since he is the investigation office now he has filed the criminal case against me in court and he has not submitted sale deed to the court ha has given tax paid receipt to the court only which is in her name Sir plz advice me how to get out of this problem

First of all you have not intimated any fact as to what the property was and how you and she were connected and how the event reported happened and to what extent the complaint is false.
Anyway the sequence of events you narrated indicates the probably the IO wanted some bribe and you did not offer. You could have at that stage met higher officials.
Now he has file challan (may be totally false) so he is not expected to bring any document on record which is in your favour.
You may better defend the charges with cool mind.

She is my farther elder brother wife with out legal heir after my father brother passed away after 8 months we sought for records by which she offered to stay in the house and subsequently she took quarrel with us and filed a false complaint with no papers in hand the police filed the case. sir can i now go to higher police officials to seek the sale deed related to this case since till now they have not submitted to court and demanding to sign in document of her wish to get ride of the crime case and she whats to pass the property to her brothers please help me how to get the sale deed

Your father's elder brother's wife is a ClassI legal heir.
If the mother of your farther's elder brother is not alive and if your farthe's elder brother has no son or daughter then your farther's elder brother's wife is sole ClassI legal heir and sole owner of estate left by your farther's elder brother.
On what grounds you are asking her to show any record to stay in the house?
Are you the owner of the house?

Sir since she had given a false case on me regarding the property and I want to know who is the owner of the property is and i am not a criminal i am also a graduate living Honorable hence please suggest me can i go to commissioner office to seek the sale deed from her so that if the property owner is her how can she give false case

You have posted many threads.
The draft of the qurey does not convey clear message.
You need to engage a senior and seasoned counsel and your counsel shall defend you in legal fight, like the legal fight is fought, on legalities.
The draft poses as if there is some street fight.
If there is a property dispute then title record can be sought by court also.
IN any case your aunt is ClassI legal heir of your uncle.

Since the case is in the court, engage a lawyer and defend the charges against you.
Can file civil case regarding property disputes.
If you do not have title deed, should proceed to get certified copy of the document from Registrar office.
