Respected Advocates of the forum.
I had gone thru few of the queries but the ans. is not readily available so pl clarify and advice Sirs.
There are a series of so called crimes committed by my tenant. On inquiring of the same and asked to clarify he is threatening me and my wife.When asked to vacate the portion he said get lost.
I want to get rid of the tenant so pl suggest the best redress to my problem.
Our tenant has obtained a bank loan on FAKE name and is AVOIDING the bankers when they confront him to pay.
The bankers have given me a copy of the loan availed by the tenant.
Secondly, he has managed to get a voluntary organization registered by falsely swearing on the affidavit saying it is his house. Attested Certified Copy obtained from ROS.I think they may have cheated Govt fo the fees for registeration as one of the query posted on 31Mars suggests.
Thirdly,the tenant is advertising on the net the same vol. org. on different addresses ( not as the one given to ROS)which are not existent in reality.
IS THERE ANY REMEDY FOR ME TO HANDLE THIS SITUATION. U/WHAT SECTIONS I SHOULD BOOK HIM UNDER AND WHO IS THE COMPETENT AUTHORITY(CID, CCS, CBI OR ACB) TO BOOK THE CASE.
I shall be grateful to all the Advocates who can help me over come this head ache.

Mr. Suman! You should confine to vacation of your premises. For that purpose you file a rent petition before rent Controller of your area through a lawyer duly engaged by you. The major ground of them should be your personal necessity and all other matters you referred.

Respected Sir, I had approached the Police dept to lodge a complaint agianst the illegal acts like fake name to obtain loans, illegally and with out consent registering getting voluntary organizations on our house on falsely swearing on affidavits etc and also advertising vol org on fake addresses the police is not interested and said let him do what he likes why shoukd you be bothered?
My query is Sir, my house is used securing all these loans and vol org's but the tenant is not giving rents and is harassing us.
Is he not breaking the law is he not punishable under law?
Should the police take ocngnizance of my complaint or not?
Pl suggest URGEBT.
