POA

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 19 July 2011 This query is : Resolved 
Mr. A execute a registered Power of Attroney(POA) in favour of Mr. B. Registered POA signed by both i.e. Mr. A & Mr. B. Later. Mr. A cancelled the registered POA thr. registered deed. In cancellation of POA, Mr. A signed not Mr. B.
My question is that there is ruling that cancellation of POA,signed by POA's holder.
Please give citation.

Mr.A have rights to cancel the POA until covert to sale

A HAD RIGHT TO DO SO EVEN WITHOUT CONSENT OF B BUT NOT AFTER B HAS ACTED UPON IT
