My wife file a complaint u/s 498,307,323,34,406,120b

Sir I have case in court for nulati u/s 12(1)b . my wife recived the notice after that she file a criminal complaint against all family member. in the list of streedhan she has make false jewerly list and saying that she no bill copy any articles .
Now my Question is can she claim streedhan without any bill. She has not brought any jewerly at home

Burden lies upon the wife to prove stridhan property by adducing evidences as per Indian Evidence Act.

you say your wife did not bring any jewellery . ? you must be having video recording of marriage ceremony and other marriage functions .

your wife will have to prove that she has brought jwellery as per the list

This is not a question of claim but that of complaint the burden of proof of which solely lies upon her.

Whether she gave jewellery or not is a question of trial.
