R/Members,
I wants your respected views in regards to :-
In Criminal complaint Complainant through its LR wants to give additional evidence for pre-charge evidence. Should it be allowed or disallowed, because name of LR neither added or briefed in plaint nor listed in witness list.
Only being LR they wants to give their statements in evidence for pre charge evidence

It is not allowed, the LR should have compete knowledge of the facts.

Thx Mr. Kapoor,
in this case can u suggest me any authority pls, because LR`s were not present at the time of Gift Deed and Gift deed was also executed in sub registrar office, and now deed executor getting plea on saying that donor put her thumb impression on gift deed for loan to taken by donee who is her grandson and grandson fraud with her he transferred his property own name without consent of grand mother
pls suggest me any authority for set aside the complaint case under sec 420 ipc
pls and thx in advance
