Mahar vatan land

Sir,

we have mahar vatan land at our village, but my father was in service in central Govt, in Pune, he is ilitrate, as per 1917 kadai patra my father's grand father have three Sr. No., land Total land is 55 acre as per kadai patra 1917 but some of villagers have transfer that Sr. No. Land on there name., now we came to know, on 7/12 is there name, but as per old sr. no. there is my father's, grandfather's name.

kindly tell me how can we take back that land, or wohm can I contact., what is the procedure.

Take the death certificates and VARAS DAKHLA of your great grand father and grand father apply to tahashiladar of the area and get the title updated.call 9422773303 and send csanned copies of kadai patrak and 7/12 extracts and ferfar over it.
