Respected Experts,
I had filed a Partition Suit on my father's property and fighting the same case since 2004. It has come to the final stage as my PW1 is over and argument will commence next week. Meanwhile, my advocate has betrayed me by being biased towards the opponent party in-spite of paying for the entire case. He has now given NOC too. Since due to my financial constraints again to hire the service of another counsel is difficult at stage. Hence kindly tell me if I can appear personally without any counsel's assistance by submitting written statements for the despondent's arguments.
Kindly advice. Thanking you in anticipation.
Your's sincerely,
Yashodha

your lawyer has not betrayed you . he has readily issued NOC . please note that for trial lawyers charge additional fees . if you cant afford legal fees fight case on your own . or take legal aid

Instead of contesting your case personally, you obtain free legal aid from the same court by moving an application.
