hello! my question :-
is it possible that the complaint case should be filed as per jurisdiction of the placement of the cheque in the bank?

Complaint of cheque bouncing can be filed only in the court in whose jurisdiction drawer's bank situates.

As per Supreme Court judgement cheque bouncing case can be filed only in the court in whose jurisdiction drawer's bank situated.

no it cannot be filed where cheque is deposited . SC judgement is clear on the said issue
